Classes

Hyrox

Litore’s HYROX simulation classes are designed to help people build strength and endurance in a way that feels supportive, structured, and achievable. Each session moves through 12 run blocks and 12 workout stations, with 5 minute runs paired with 2.5 minute functional stations including sled work, rowing, burpees, lunges, and strength based movements.

The focus isn’t on competition or keeping up with anyone else. It’s about learning how to manage effort, build resilience, and move confidently over time alongside a group of people all working through the same challenge together. Like everything at Litore, sessions are coached in a calm, encouraging way, with options to scale movements and pace to suit different fitness levels and experience.

HIIT

HIIT at Litore is structured, coached strength and conditioning designed to help people feel stronger, fitter and more capable in everyday life. While every session follows the same supportive coaching approach, classes vary across the week with a mix of strength, cardio, endurance and functional movement to keep training balanced and engaging.

Some sessions focus more on strength, while others include longer cardio efforts, hybrid style training or CrossFit inspired formats like AMRAPs. Every workout is guided, scalable and designed to suit different fitness levels, helping people build confidence, consistency and strength over time.

Spin

Spin at Litore is designed to feel approachable, engaging and achievable for all fitness levels. Using Intelligent Cycling software, every rider follows the same class structure while working at an effort level that suits them individually. Colour guided training zones help you focus on your own ride rather than comparing yourself to anyone else in the room.

Every session combines music, changing intervals and visual cues to keep the ride varied from start to finish. As a low impact, joint friendly form of training, Spin is a great option for building fitness, returning to movement or looking after sore knees while still enjoying a challenging workout.

Run Club

Litore Run Club does not need to be booked through the app. Just show up ready to move.

We meet outside The Deli in Waihi Beach at 6am every Saturday morning before heading off for a simple 30 minute out and back run at your own pace. Some people run the whole way, some mix running and walking, and some are there just to build consistency and confidence over time.

Afterwards, most of the group heads for a swim and coffee together, making it as much about community and starting the weekend well as it is about the run itself. New faces are always welcome.
